Susanne Krueger
Since joining the company in 2016, Susanne has grown increasingly successful in the construction and real estate industries. Her extensive experience in operational leadership and business development has helped her excel as the company's Chief Development Officer and a crucial part of the Executive Management Team.
In this role, Susanne is responsible for all aspects of the company’s human capital strategy and programs. She oversees employee effectiveness, performance management, talent development, executive development, diversity and inclusion, learning, and compensation and benefits.
